All AA system computers. 11 am CST. Processing upgrades and standbys by hand.

I can't check in via mobile app or the web for my flight tonight. Says service / servers "unavailable"

Stuck on the tarmac. Pilot said they can't get our final numbers for weight so we can't take off. In Phoenix.

That was a quick turnaround, wow, kudos to AA on that, all other carriers that went through that took some time.

AA checkin lines at DCA are atrocious. First and priority are about 30 deep. I pity anyone standing in the non-elite lines.

Still not up 100%
1) Tried to purchase a ticket, no go.
2) Only got 1 out of 2 boarding passes for my flight tomorrow morning. Guess I will go to airport even earlier for my 6AM flight ! AA telephone support was a waste of time: AA: Try to get your boarding pass in another hour or two. We are still having system issues. Or try and email boarding passes to your email and see if the second boarding pass shows up. Also don't worry you already have a seat assignment. Me: I already tried the email method and it doesn't work. Am I checked in on the second flight ? AA: ah, no, sorry. Me: If I am not checked in on the second flight, then how can I get a boarding pass ? AA: Oh. Yes. That is right. Hmmm, just try later or go get your boarding pass at the airport tomorrow morning. I am sure everything will be ok. Me: So you guys not sure what is going on ? AA: Yes, that's right. Have a nice flight. Me: Thank you. |
