It exists but it is not TSA precheck.

Not sure what happened to the one in LA though, extreme far left of terminal.

No priority security in LAX last couple of times I was through about a month ago...and none in PHL last week. LAME!

That's precheck only, though I have seen them take first class and insert them near the head of the regular line.

Yes, at SFO there are 3 lanes ... regular, priority and Pre-Check
