"Best" coach seat on 767 (AA 163 HNL/LAX)
Asking the "experts" since DH has to split up from the rest of us on return flights trying to hold a "decent" seat on his return. Any "secret" coach that has a bit extra legroom. DH's P so hopefully he'll eventually be able to switch his return to be with us if inventory changes (returning HNL/JFK on 12/30).
TIA

Hopefully you've heard of / been to seatguru... if not www.seatguru.com - awesome site (mobile.seatguru.com - from your cell/PDA)...
I couldn't find AA 163 operating at all, there is a AA 162 operating HNL-LAX is that the one you meant - if so it's a 767-300, assuming no equip changes... seatguru seems to say AVOID row 13, 10-12 are in a mini-cabin of their own - some people prefer that...
Rest is so-so... I'd take an exit if I could get one (or upgrade!)

just saw what the kids and I were assigned on #8 HNL/DFW row 11, guess that's not "bad" esp. since we don't have status (piggyback w/DH who's P).
Thanks again

It is definitely flight 162: HNL-LAX. Has been for years and years.

21ABHJ (exit row)
Everything else in steerage is pretty much equally sucky, other than the crew rest seats (row 17).
If the 'kids' are under 15, you'll have to shoot for row 17 or suffer someplace else in steerage.
