Welcome to FlyerTalk!
If you do a search using ITA for your chosen itinerary, it will give you the breakdown of taxes and fees.

But a search on ITA did not show fuel surcharge, any idea why?

I think EY uses an embedded Q surcharge, buried in the fare rules somewhere:
Surcharges
ORIGINATING THE UNITED STATES -
IF INFANT UNDER 02 WITHOUT A SEAT.
OR - CONTRACT BULK INFANT WITHOUT A SEAT UNDER 02.
A SURCHARGE OF USD 10.00 PER FARE COMPONENT WILL BE
ADDED TO THE APPLICABLE FARE FOR WEEKEND TRAVEL ON
FRI/SAT.
AND - ORIGINATING THE UNITED STATES -
A FUEL SURCHARGE OF USD 110.00 PER FARE COMPONENT
WILL BE ADDED TO THE APPLICABLE FARE.
OTHERWISE

As I mentioned upthread it is shown on ITA Matrix however it's shown in the fare construction section not in the breakdown of taxes (since it's not a tax/fee, but rather a surcharge for ticketing purposes). The tax breakdown section is only a breakdown of the XT portion of the fare construction (italicized below).
Fare construction (can be useful to travel agents):
NYC EY AUH Q317.00 753.00VLXEOWUS NUC 1070.00 END ROE 1.00 XT 17.20US 2.50AY 1.40ZR 4.50XF JFK4.50
This is called an "embedded-Q" surcharge since it's a "Q" surcharge (as in Q317.00 above) which is "embedded" within the fare construction and not broken out as a tax in the XT section. A few airlines do this, notably also Korean.

When i redeemed my United miles for a Lufthansa flight from Barcelona-San Francisco the taxes were only $54 with no fuel surcharges. I wonder if you booked under a United Code Share Flight# operated by ANA would the fuel surcharge fee be waived?

Hi!
I also plan on transferring some MR into ANA to fly BOS-YUL-FRA on Dec 15 and FRA-YUL-BOS on Dec 28, which should only cost 43,000 miles for coach. It does not tell me how much taxes and fees there'll be though.
Would it show the taxes and fees if I had enough miles in my ANA account already? Does anybody have access to that information or a hint where I can find it? The carrier is AC on all legs and there is no stopover (other than the destination).
Best,
petzpatz
