Yes, I have the U.S. Bank Altitude Connect Card. This no-annual fee card comes with 4 annual visits to PP lounges, restaurants, spas, etc. To see if your card has access simply login to the PP website with your credit card info and if you search a location such as DFW, SEA, SFO you will see restaurants listed if your card offers restaurant access.

The screenshot below shows my lounge restaurant for the Altitude Connect credit card at Seattle (SEA).
