Are you avoiding the buffet at the lounge now?
With the mini-pandemic going on, I'm a bit nervous about sharing the tongs and spoons and other people being so close to the food. Am I overly paranoid?

I wouldn't say overly paranoid. I did not avoid a buffet today at a restaurant, but I'd maybe think twice at an airport lounge.
