How to track Priority pass usage?
Hi,
This is my first post here, hope to get an answer to my query as both Priority pass and Banks are not helping. I get 6 complimentary international lounge access annualy through Priority pass program provided by my credit card company. I can avail only 2 free lounge access in a quarter. Now, I am not able to get details of how many times I have already used by priority pass in a quarter, this is to avoid paid visits. When I call Priority pass they are saying ask you bank, and when I ask bank they say check with Priority pass. Even the Priority pass does not help. It will be great in case anyone of you know a way to track the priority pass usage Br, Sunay |
which bank is this????
when the membership is provided by the bank then priority pass will not have access to as much information about your account as compared to getting the membership directly from them....i would suggest pushing your bank a little more to get the information.... |
You can login to your PP account and see all the usage information here: https://www.prioritypass.com/en/login

Once upon a time when I still had restrictions on my PP I used to track usuage via the site. Nowadays mine has unlimited free use, so I don't (have to) bother anymore...

where do you see the usage information?
Depending on the Priority Pass program you belong to, then it may be possible to print a receipt. Please log in to your web account where you can view and download receipts directly from the My Visits section. This service is currently only available on the Priority Pass website. Your receipt will show all charged visits, including any guest visits. A record of visits that have not been charged to your card is also visible on the My Visits page; this will show the number of visits against a charge of zero. Please note that receipts for visits that have a ‘declined’ or ‘pending payment’ status will not be available until the payment has been received and processed. If you do not see these options in your online account, then unfortunately we cannot provide this service for you at this time and our Membership Services team will be unable to help. If you still require a receipt, please contact the card issuer that gave you Priority Pass membership for assistance. |

Look for a section called My Visits. If the section does not exist, the information is not available for your account type.

Yeah Keyser is right. PP website doesn't display any of this information. Asking the bank might be the only available option.

I have PP from my CSR, and I can view my PP usage information on my chase.com portal. |

I don't think this provides usage information if you have Priority Pass through a credit card, at least I haven't found it.

interesting....i've had 3 priority pass accounts in the past with various credit cards (including through amex platinum) & now have one through my citibank card....i also know a bunch of people who have pp memberships via credit cards as well....none of us have been able to view the details online for quite a few years now....
Moreover, out of interest I have just logged into the wifes PP account (courtesy of a supplementary card on my Amex Plat account) and I can see all her visits as well! ** UK card by the way... |
That's interesting that some of you can view your Priority Pass usage there. Maybe it's a Chase thing that it doesn't show? Does anyone here have PP via Chase and can see usage in the PP site?

Reading this thread earlier intrigued me and prompted a PP login, just to see how many times I'd actually used my PP in the last year (given the now increase in Amex Plat fee). I can assure you I was able to view all my visits, 22 in total surprisingly, including guests, so goes some way towards the fee...

Yups concur again... you can’t see it here through all the Indian banks - at least the 3 I have. For whatever reason you can’t even get the digital card in India!
|
Have PP through Amex and can view History on PP app.
|
I have PP through my Visa card and can't view my visit history on the PP app. To track it, I note it on my smartphone's calendar when I visit (I just make an entry with "PP".) When I want to see/count my visits I search for "PP" on my phone; it brings them up in chronological order. I'm sure there's a better/easier way to do it, but that works for me.
|
I speculate that the ability to track visits may depend on whether the card issuer contracts directly with Priority Pass or through an intermediary.

Right after this post I was traveling, and I visited probably 10 lounges on the trip. It still is not showing anything. The lounge visits would have been on 05, 06, 07, 11, and 13 September 2019, so as recently as one week ago from today. This is in the UR "Rewards Activity" area. https://cimg9.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fly...b1e3ba08c4.jpg I cannot find any updated lounge visit history, anywhere! |
Since I have PP from my CSR I see the same as you do. When I had a PP membership from Amex with a limited number of visits and guests, I could track thinngs on the PP website that you posted a screenshot of. It was useful to trace the additional charges that posted for extra guests months after the visit. Now that I have the CSR I don't bother much anymore. That said I just got invoiced for an extra guest I took into the lounge (beyond the two free allowed) in LHR T5 in January, and even that doesn't show.

I need to follow up on this information. There is a place for Priority Pass lounge usage on the chase.com portal, but it has never shown anything. When I posted this comment a few weeks ago, I had not visited a lounge for almost a year. The last time had been November 2018. I hadn't checked this until recently, so I assumed that it didn't show history from that long ago.

Based on the text, I suspect this only shows visits where you brought guests (and possibly only the ones where there were more than two guests at that). IMO, non-free guests are probably the only ones that really need to be tracked since the cardholder can bring themselves and up to two guests for free. Still, being able to see all visits would be nice.

Just to confirm, the PP membership thru CSR does NOT have a limit on the amount of visits, correct?

Priority Pass memberships bundled with American Express Platinum, Chase Sapphire Reserve and Citi Prestige do not cap the number of visits, and they absorb fees for up to two additional people per visit.

Some individual lounges or restaurants may limit you to one visit per day, but you can certainly visit multiple locations on the same day, at the same or different airports.
|
For those who get a set number of visits per year, when does the calendar reset? Is it calendar year or enrollment date? I would assume its based on enrollment date, but I could not find any info on the website to verify this.
