FYI...i emailed them again yesterday reminding them that I had submitted my request back in October. Well, this morning I received this email. Not sure if it a response to yesterday's email or the other ones I have sent them before yesterday.

Quick summary for non-spanish/german speakers, it says that there's been a delay in processing the requests due to the high volume of requests. Requests will be confirmed within the next three weeks.

I guess I'll patiently wait another month

Did this status match for my wife, initial request sent 11/2017 (topbonus card was not available at that time so just sent online screen shot of topbonus gold) and updated request was sent (with topbonus card scan) 12/2017.

Upgraded to gold on 10/02/2018, status valid through 04/2019 however on the right-hand side panel it shows To maintain your Gold card you need to collect 2,250 Elite Points or 50 Flights. Elite Points required 2,250 before 31/03/2018. Anyone aware of this requirement of 2250 points before 31/03/2018?

Oh! You're right, I'm seeing this in my account too. But I think (and I'm hoping) that this is just the generic message for normal membership year renewal. The status was granted through April 2019 so fingers crossed it really lasts that long and doesn't drop just months after it was granted...

My wife was AB Silver in October when the status match request with Iberia was sent in.

She received an email today the match was approved and she is now Silver until April 2019!

I got approved today for Gold till Apr 2019, matched from LH SEN.

For anyone losing faith of being matched... I have finally been matched to Gold from AB Gold.

I tried contacting them every other week via e-mail since my first request sent on 27 Oct 2017 with no responses to my dozens of follow-ups. Yesterday, out of boredom, I tried reaching out to them via FB and got an immediate response after 10min or so that they have escalated it to the relevant department with my personal particulars. Today, I received the login details to my newly created IBP account to reset the PIN. Minutes later, another e-mail showed up with the match to Gold news.

I have given up. They are loosing, as I basically decide not to fly OW for the time being. Perhaps will reconsider in several years.
