Hah, I can approve of your taste in wine! Now THAT's wine worthy of such special treatment.

I've also used that type of suitcase (VinSafe Valise) and, fully loaded with 12 bottles it comes to 22.5 kg. However, be careful if you want to bring champagne back as the bottles are heavier.

Yes, that is exactly true. We ran into that issue coming back from Napa last year and had 9 bottles of wine + 3 bottles of champagne. We were a tad over the weight limit and had to take out one bottle to get under the weight.

12 normal bottles of wine (or in this case, 11 bottles of wine and one bottle of Brandy) works out perfectly! :)

Thanks! What can I say, my wife loves nice wine. I was able to sneak in 1 bottle of Brandy for myself, but happy wife, happy life! :)
