NZ*G (and all star golds in general) get the same lounge access as VA Platinum - the very average KrisFlyer Gold Lounge. The exception to this is NZ*E, which does get access to the SilverKris Lounge but with no guesting rights.
Also, as a side note, Silkair flights don't earn status points as they are not part of the Star Alliance. This will likely change in the next few years once they are absorbed into Singapore Airlines, but for now, Airpoints only: SilkAir Info

A ltttle off topic but nonetheless status related, I see QF offering double status points currently as they do from time to time.
