Flying Blue doesn't really use "zones" anymore - it may indeed still be the basis in the background for determining the amount of miles to be spent, but they have not published a table in this manner for a few years now.
Instead, they provide a Miles Finder for Spending Miles - and another for earning miles - on their websites.
However, putting either WLS (Hihifo Airport) or FUT (Pointe Vele Airport) in the spending Miles Finder resolutely returns "There are no results available for this flight." - leading me to suspect that it is not possible to redeem miles on any flights either to/from FUT or WLS even though they are served by Aircalin.
As such, it appears that neither airport actually appears in any of the Flying Blue zones for redemption purposes.
If you have any further queries, you would probably be advised to ring Aircalin or your local Flying Blue office and enquire about your redemption opportunities to/from Wallis and Futuna.
