LAX Concierge
 
Hello - Does anyone have any experience with the LAX concierge? I had emailed them a few days ago and received a response the next day. However the response was written very poorly by someone who didn't seem to have a handle of the English language (surprising). My follow-up email to that has gone unanswered for the past few days. Definitely not what I have come to expect from my past experiences with AC concierges or the staff at LAX.

When flying through LAX in the past, I recall a very nice and courteous concierge - she was an older woman. She is definitely not the person who responded to my email.

The one you are referring to is Rita. She - like all the concierges - is great. My experiences with them has only been positive (Steve, Rashid etc.). I used to go through LAX a few times a month but not as frequently of late and I know that they have a few new ones who I have not yet met. It does surprise me that they did not respond. If you PM me I will send you their cell number and you can contact them directly.

Well it is LA. Most likely a combination of... English being the second language and the public school system.

I have only ever had positive experiences with the LAX Concierge team. Very responsive and efficient.
