YYC-GTF - Does it exist?

I was in the Calgary airport a week ago, and I noticed multiple departures on the screen to Great Falls (Montana). I snapped a photo, as I've never even heard of this route being offered.

The afternoon departure is supposedly Air Canada 1230, departing at 13:17 Pm. I tried to price this out, thinking it might come in handy sometime if I want to do a mileage run out of GTF, but Air Canada doesn't even list GTF as an option.

So, I Expedia'd it, and there are no nonstops to Great Falls on Air Canada - just some interline options.

Can anyone let me in on what's going on here?

Yeah I saw that too when I was at YYC, but there was no evidence of AC actually putting it up for sale when I checked the AC booking engine.

The flight number indicated a Jazz operation when I saw it on the arrivals board at YYC. When I got home and punched the number into AC's flight status engine, it came back with nothing.

AC1230 is probably a Ghost flight number. ACFIDS (web based replacement for OPS) is coming out of BETA very soon.

Here's one. Two departures to YOW, ten minutes apart, on a Saturday.

AC7085 positioning for Jetz charter.
