J menu
 
I will start to post some J menu from the flights that I have taken. Hope this will help a little to FTers who plan the trip.

Here are the list (last updated 28 Dec 2005):

On my Dec. 16th flight LHR-YVR, the salad came without dressing on it :)

Instead, there was a little bottle of dressing put on the tray for those who wished to add it to their salad. Thanks AC

In Air Canada parlance C booking class is discounted business class (J)

Oh... I'm just being silly... "C" is the fare class for "Discounted Executive First", where "J" is the term used for full fare Exec First class and is also used as the "generic" term to talk about the front.

i.e. "I sat in J on AC101 the other day beside this woman with really bad body odour..."

Just my opinion, but stay away from the YVR/YYZ-NRT kaiseki meals. They are truly horrible.

Would have to agree here...Kaiseki from Japan to Canada is excellent...Is it me or haven't they changed the menu this past year?

I think just about any meal from Japan to Canada is better than the reverse. :D
