Air Canada Flight Pass unable to change booking Flight Pass App Hacked
I have 6 bookings using a Latitude flight pass. All bookings have been changed by Air Canada and now an error appears when you click in the 'View bookings' link - see error below.
I thought I would try the Flight Pass App - when you click the Info link a pop up appears 'Your Itinerary has been changed...' if you click this link, supposedly to link to Air Canada website, it goes through 6 redirection links and ends up at a website Gearbest . Decided to phone Air Canada - on a 2 hour hold - I think it is best that they cancel my bookings and I rebook them - as otherwise I can't request upgrade, change flights or split bookings. Error Message on Website: Your itinerary has been changed. Please contact Air Canada Reservations (1-888-247-2262) to review and accept the changes, or make a modification to your itinerary. You may return to the previous page and your current information by selecting your browser's 'Back' button. You may require this code if reporting a problem to RC=123 component=BUSINESS_EXCEPTION |
Call if you can. They'll clean the file. This s the current situation: if there was a schedule change you need to call and have tthem clean the file.
