"Cancelling entirely" means cancelling the reservation AND the PNR? Normally cancelling means cancelling the reservation only. If you cancel the reservation AND the PNR, won't you lose the code since it's attached to the PNR? Or are you saying cancelling the reservation only within 24h and then re-booking a cheaper fare with the code, and then asking for the residual refund since all of this was done within 24h of ticketing? If that's the case, I feel like you'd need a competent agent to sort out such a thing... |
