Recent lack of Dos
Is anyone else somewhat saddened by the lack of Dos recently? I know that our dearly departed ExtremelyEnragedFlightlessAntarcticBird was often the driving force for the large number of Dos that we used to have, but I think the last one we had was the December YYZ one, and no @Dorian west coast Do since last May...
I do plan to host the 3rd annual burgers and Scotch do in YYC in September again, but that seems like a long way off.
If anyone is interested, I could put together a casual drinks-on-patio after-work do in late June, and I'd certainly be interested in travelling to a Do or two (schedule permitting).
Thoughts?

I won't get in to why I've been absent from FT, but I know some could easily guess.
If there is enough interest, I could host something in Van.

I see in-flight Dos as a very different beast from the on-the-ground Dos. Less convenient for most people, participation limited by the number of available J seats, etc... I'm thinking of the typical restaurant/bar type events we've mainly had in the past.

Oh yeah and that was a good one too. We had people from other countries and other provinces.
I think Adam meant "why have there been no dos that were convenient to me"
I'm happy to go anywhere in North America for a Saturday night if anyone wants to arrange anything, but it's hard for me to arrange much since no one lives in SFO
