the nightmare of Altitude is coming, since nobody will have altitude miles come 2020, and all the stranded points will be in aeroplan, stuck with no redemption but a toaster.
Also i assume as 2019 ends people will just book any redemption to use up aeroplan miles, so when Altitude kicks in 2020 all award seats will be taken.. Should be a new nightmare for people/suckers who collect miles for AC flights.
