$41.70 is a good price. Yes, $60 fixed rate for the GTAA limos to downtown.

5:30 should be fine for me. I normally leave about then for the train anyway and the boss is finally starting to notice that he gets snotty notes when booking in calls after 5pm

I seem to recall having my laptop with my last year, and I may need to bring it again.

Okay, so I see it's 75 Front Street and the map indicates that is West (as opposed to Front Street East and "Front Street" that doesn't actually exist within the GTA).
Is it accessible from street level?

At 65 Front Street West... yes it is accessible from street level via the moat or the York St side entrance

Not exactly "bumped" but we did swoosh past one another in the cold gap between the subway and station. I was actually checking out the Union Chicken at the York Street end of the lower level of the station and will post photos when I get to my laptop. Apologies for not stopping but we can catch up on Tuesday.

As noted, the Union Chicken is on the lower level arcade (where the rental car outlets used to be). If you are coming from the surface streets, head to the southeast corner of Front and York, then walk down York and you'll see an entry into the station. The restaurant is just on the right. If you're taking the PATH or subway, enter the station and keep heading west to the opposite end and after passing new shops you'll see it on the left just before the York exit. And if you're coming in on the UPX, make your way into the station and find stairs to head down to the arcade level. As you can see, I've attached a floor plan of this new level too.
