E Upgrade Tool Not Working?
 

Hi Everyone

I can tick the box for the upgrade but it will not add them to the total so I can request the upgrade. It says upgrades are available. Anyone else having this issue. I have tried 3 different computers and 2 browsers.

Wait time for Reservations is 40 minutes!

I am not sure if this will fix your problem but recently I had a similar issue, there was a drop down box as well where I had to select between "business" and "premium economy". Once I made my choice I could request the upgrade.

Something is definitely up with the tool, yesterday I received a waitlisted upgrade confirmation and it would not let me pick the seat I wanted, I had to call AC to have them select it for me.
