Is there any method to contact Aeroplan?

Hi All,

I'm really wondering Is there any way to contact Aeroplan?

I've tried contact number but as long as I don't have account number then I couldn't reach to a real agent.

So,I tried other way that find my account number in aeroplan website but failed again due to personal information is not matched.

I even tried to register in aeroplan but it is shown my personal information is already exist therefore I couldn't even register it.

All I want is just contact real person and delete all my information but I don't have any information I can provide for now unless I don't have an account number.

I cannot even understand how come it services like that? If I don't have account number I cannot even reach to real agent on the phone.

I didn't even register in Aeroplan this is all because of the dumb TD agent upgrade to aeroplan creditcard without my permission.

There is no email address and no account number but already exist my personal information in there how can really contact to them?

I know this is out of topic for in this thread but this is only place I can see in google.

Anyone gives me some help?

If TD opened an Aeroplan Credit Card which then created a new Aeroplan account for you then TD should be able to provide the Aeroplan # (aeroplan account).

If TD changed your creditcard account without your permission, then that is illegal.

Call TD Credit Cards and ask that they tell you your Aeroplan account number
