OK, maybe not never, but this is one of the most simple question one can ask any agent. Please advise why you think this is not a simple as asking the agent of any airline, " Can you please confirm my FF # is attached the my file/flight #".

This was indeed the case this morning - agent printed the BP and it was fine. Adding this my my list of expected oddities with AC OLCI for future reference.

This seems to happen to me regularly when I fly AC to Europe and then connect on LH. The OLCI thing sounds like a plausible explanation.
