132 left to use in February but not likely . . . (and I use them--upgraded all my flights last year using eupgrade credits where it was a 2 cabin aircraft)

My wife and I are flying RT EWR-YVR in February, and we're booked in Fare class Economy A (Tango?).

Am I reading this award chart correctly: https://www.aircanada.com/us/en/aco/...ade-offer.html
We'd need 10 credits each + $125 (or $150) each to upgrade?

As per others here, the copay per person is starting at $150 per direction of your EWR-YVR for Tango A.

Are you Flex A or Tango A?

Bah, Tango A. I'm guessing the copay will be much steeper because of that. Is there a way to preview the copay amount?

I found this tool: https://services.aircanada.com/eupgw...vice/eupgrade/ but it only gives you eUpgrade requirements for certain fare classes.

This is an amazing thread... I can't believe people have e-upgrades expiring, must be SE and in the earn your wings!

I have 56 expiring. It does seem that it is mainly SEs, but it could be anyone flying OTP and forced to do TG fares.

Do a mock booking and filter for upgrades?

A mock booking shows the only upgrade-able fares on AC549 to be Economy Latitude and Premium Economy, both of which are more expensive than Business Class. Guess I'm out of luck.

Thanks for the help!

What day is your flight and what status do you have?

On the eUpgrade page, you will be able to see the number of eUps required along with the copay amount.

I could use eupgrade credits- but it shows on my upgrade page that there is a waitlist. If someone offers me and they are not used, can they be transferred back to the gracious gifter?

Credits aren't "transferred".

They are withdrawn from the account when the eUpgrade is successfully applied. If you don't take that flight (other than being a noshow as noshow forfeits the eUps), then they simply just get recredited back into the account it came from.

2/24, no status on AC.

I see now that if I filter with an Altitude status of Prestige/25K, the upgrade cost is 10 credits + $250 CAD pp.

I was able to update my booking with a FF program where I have SA Silver, and it now appears upgradable (but I don't have enough credits to verify).

Does anyone have, um, 24 left?

24left came to visit a few weeks ago, but just for a short visit. So I don't "have" 24left

First time SE - swept up back in December. My eUp site says I can pick a nominee valid until end of February.

Just to clarify - I can use this nominee slot for the expiring eUps I have, and then on March 1 (or later) pick a new nominee, right?
