The Q A I liked the best was when they said it was a myth that you could get the same availability selection on the website as you could when you call an agent. If only that were true. Maybe if the web system is working perfectly, but that's not been my experience.

Thanks for posting. I went back to my Nov 25 e-mails, and found the newsletter and the survey link. I guess I don't read their newsletter carefully enough.

Did the survey Dec 5, and just noticed the 1,000 bonus posted Jan 13. The stated 4-6 weeks was about right.

Another data point. I had received the invitation in the Fall Newletter email (mid-November) and the 1,000 miles posted last week.
