Just getting into the world of fare codes.
J9 C9 D9 Z8 P0 R0 O9 E0 A0 N0 Y9 B9 M9 U9 H9 Q9 V9 W9 S9 T0 L0 K0 F0
I believe the Biz fares are J,C,D,Z,P and e-upgrades are R.
I see P0 , but JCDZ all 9s. How would I interpret this?
I'm trying to figure out if I should look to book into Premium/Lat/Flex. As much as I would like to buy J - it's extremely pricey as it currently stands

Yes. Although flexible fares may be able to upgrade even when R=0.

It's risky to try to interpret much from the numbers available through EF, but your chances of clearing an eUp are worse with D9 Z8 P0 than they would be with D9 Z9 P9. D9 Z8 P0 could mean they've sold 21 of 30 seats in a J cabin. Or they might not have sold any, but think they can sell them at a high price later. And one of those could be true for one day's flight, and the other for the next day's.
