Missing transactions

I am missing a couple of rental car transactions in my account from a couple of months ago. The aeroplan website says that I should send the receipts to a PO box in Vancouver, while the recording at the aeroplan phone number says I should send it to a PO box in Dorval.

Which (if not both) is the correct address, and if both, does it make a difference which one I send it to? Will one process it faster than the other?

I would use the Vancouver address to claim for retroactive credits.

and if by chance, the rentals were with Budget, you'll need some luck in coaxing the points from them. I had four rentals with them over the past 4 months and they only posted one, despite repeated letters to Aeroplan and Budget with receipts to show. Although they claim it has nothing to do with their parent company's Ch 11, ya gotta wonder...

You'll need to send it to the Vancouver address if you have no status. Only SuperElites/Elites should send their mail to the SuperElite/Elite desk address.

Make sure you keep a copy of everything before you send it off. Try using XpressPost without signature so you can keep track of whether it arrived.

As an Aeroplan Elite member you should send it to

Aeroplan Elite Centre
PO Box 18000-Station Airport
Dorval PQ.H4Y1H8

This will insure prompt processing
