1. Ben's explanation of gate upgrade clearing is the official policy.
2. AC website explanation of the same is the official policy. 3. The upgrade clearing algorithm reflects the official policy. The only fact I know is that at least one of the above statements is false. All three are suspect. |

But the latter half of my statement is still correct. You are contradicting Ben's post. AC.com is also contradicting it, if you read it a certain way, but I think it and Ben's post can both be accurate.

That's a good point, but the AC.com page doesn't say what priority each of the criteria takes. And fare class specifies cabin, so it's more like AC.com is a basic overview, and FT is the full rules and priority. Don't read in to the AC.com page. Take it for the way it reads and it is very clear. |
