AC Jetz Pricing

Hi All,

My large and extended family is planning a big "do" down in Vegas next year. We would have about 60 people from YEG flying. I am trying to find any kind of information of booking and costing the AC Jetz service as I think it would be pretty fun.

Does anyone have information on an hourly rate / contact information?

The A319 seats 58 pax, the 320 seats 62. So you basically choose the route you're interested in (YEG-LAS) then price out what an unrestricted J fare is. Then multiply by 58 or 62 and your in the ballpark.

That would mean 250k round trip... I doubt it's that high when operating costs of a a320 are estimated at 9K per hour

Enhanced surcharges. YQ adds up to a lot you know ...

Anyway, I talked to an AC Jetz rep once and this is what he told me. YMMV I guess.

I'd be shocked if you didn't get a figure of at least $100k - one way. Seriously.

It may be $9,000 per hour, but if you assume a 3 hour trip, that's 6 hours flight time (it has to go back to Canada in the meantime - it won't just sit on the tarmac in Vegas waiting for you.)

That $9k does not account for landing fees, catering, taxes... oh, and a little thing called "profit."

Let us know...

I recall we had the 320 on YVR/NYC return and it was around a quarter million....

Look into other charters like Enerjet. May be cheaper? Probably less hassle to deal with.

Depends danapop...

Do you want AQM or not? If you do, be prepared to pony up big cash.

I have used EnerJet as well as Air North (based in the Yukon) for flights charter flights out of YEG and YYC. Much easier to deal with and much better pricing.

No AQM on Jetz flights - need to fly regularly scheduled flights for that.

Try Canadian North and First Air as well, they have aircraft based in YEG.

Another thought - you're going to LAS presumably to stay at one of the casinos. Ask them what they can do for you.

Also worth checking with LH Private Jet since they apparently operate within North America now. Or you could try NetJets directly.
