Just completed the trip. Nothing unusual to report.

ex-YVR: one hour late.
ex-PHX: over one hour late.
outbound: Seats dble-booked with connecting yeg people.
Dirty 737 both ways.
Dec En Route mag on Jan 3rd flight.
Yesterdays newspapers on both segments.
Decent video both ways.
Purser read an 'Elle' magazine for entire PHX-YVR segment, didn't lift a finger.
Breakfast on PHX-YVR.

No suprises.

Are you sure you weren't flying HP? http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif

Good one FlyerAl, a question that will undoubtedly be repeated throughout the year!

Oh but I just realized, HP's unlimited upgrades are from any fare. And they serve a pre-departure beverage in F.

Silly me...

Jakpot: Thank you. Now I know what I really
am in AC's eyes: one of those "connecting YEG people!"

That's all we have in YEG, "connecting people" since they've chopped our more interesting non-stops!

By the way, what is the delay in getting Aeroplan credit for an AC flight using United check in?

Just wait a bit longer. I've had this problem in the past where my HKG-YVR flights does not post because AC uses UA's check-in facilities in HKG.

The offer is definitely still valid. If you FAX it in, they'll be happy to match your status. The status match will happen very quickly, too.

So you have to sign up for Corporate Awards first to be eligible for this comp?
