Upgrade chances on my next flights

Upgrade chances on my next flights
Flying YOW-HEL on Thursday Nov 15. Booked on AC 838, YOW-FRA. Seat map shows 11 available seats, plus Z fares still for sale, so I'm guessing there are seats available?
Return FRA-YUL on Nov 28 AC 875. That one looks wide open for upgrade. 26 seats open on seat map, Z fares still selling.
I've both both legs on T+. I'm SE. Waitlisted for the 15th flight, I'll request the upgrade for the second one on the 21st.
Flying in economy on Lufthansa (and Jazz) for connections.
Can anyone tell me the real inventory for said flights? Much appreciated.
I know .... I know .... seat maps aren't a true indicator, but they are an indicator nonetheless.

YOW–FRA on 11/15 is showing J3 R0, so pretty slim.
