Threshold eUpgrades
 
I am Prestige. A few weeks ago I passed 20k status miles for 2011. If I understand the table from the link below correctly I should have had 10 eupgrade credits deposited into my account at that point. I just got off the phone with AP and the lady is telling me I'm not entitled to these. Can somebody clarify?

Did you ask her why she believes you are not entitled? From the info you've provided you definately are. Maybe call back and try to get a better agent?

EUpgrade is an AC program. Call AC instead of AP if you don't see the threshhold deposited within a few days.

threshold upgrades aren't immediate, give it some time and if they still don't show up call them, unless you need the credits to request an upgrade soon

btw the summer eupgrade promo has ended
