That's certainly a new low. I'd lose it if I saw that.

Dip your fingers in your water, pretend to sneeze and then flick the water on the person's hand. Works every time.

!

Having had the misfortune to ride Go Trains out of Toronto for a number of years, I thought I had seen it all, but I have to admit I never saw that!

lol

That would be amazing if I could pull that off..

Seriously, I would probably be an individual that would cut nails on a flight.. haven't ever done so.. but I could see myself doing it.

I would definitely have done this deed in the lavatory and make sure I washed my hands.

Its another thing trying to get the nail clippers past security.. I wonder how the passenger did that?

Nail clippers are now allowed again....I travel with a pair every week in my carry-on bags.

Nail clippers have been allowed for a long time now. More recently, you can pretty much bring whatever you want... including some interesting ones like handcuffs/zip ties, which are now allowed and not just being missed because of incompetence/not caring. But it's CATSA, so with the relaxing of one somewhat legitimate rule comes at least three completely irrelevant rules.

I used to be a timid and shy guy, but a few years ago I finally spoke up when someone was being completely ignorant of the people around him.

I'm not belligerent nor do I try and make a scene, but I do let the person offering the offending behavior know "I'm not amused."

Now my friends know me as being grumpy....but they're always well behaved when I'm around!

3 jobs ago a salesman where I worked selected airlines based on whether he could smoke on the flight. As smoke free came into vogue the airlines became less and less mainstream. One memorable flight he recounted how after takeoff the flight attendants handed out nail clippers to all. Almost enough to convince him to quit smoking!

I'm thinking it could be very relaxing doing a chore my wife requires while on the plane..:D

Seriously.. I'll have a ziplock bag to penny pick the tailings off the floor.. not like the other passenger.. there should be FAA rules outlining finger vs. toe clipplings..:D

Just kidding.. just in the lavatory..
