So, if I am reading the above postings correctly... this complimentary 48 hour upgrade may NOT work on the LHR passes ??
If somebody has used this on the LHR pass I would love to hear about it. Thanks everyone for any enlightment on this. They do not offer comp upgrades on the LHR pass. The only passes that do, are the North American passes. |
Thanks Ken for the clarification.
Not exactly the news I had hoped to hear, but best to be fully informed. |
and it has always been that way--only complimentary upgrades on N American Latitude passes.
You will have to manually cancel your eupgrade to get your credit when upgrading <48 hours for "free". |

Thanks Igloocoder,
Is there anything else we need to watch for? A particular fare class that has space left in order to upgrade? I've used the LHR pass many times but have never once used the complimentary upgrade without a cert. option. |
Thing seems to work quite well.
I canceled a pass reservation with confirmed upgrade. Credits showed up back in my account right away. |
Just to clarify -
NA pass - comp upgrades London pass - no comp upgrade, must use e-upgrades but Lat can upgrade at time of booking Europe pass - same as London pass? |
