Just received these notifications! I wonder if all of the hacking in the BA Club has spurred EI on to prevent fraud and air miles being stolen?

I thought I had it on also, where a code would be sent to my email but perhaps theyve changed it because now they want an Authenticator code and can enable Face ID log in on the web etc

The good thing about it is that it only asks you the first time you login from a device - after that, you can log in without it on that device. Clear your cookies or use another device and it will ask you for it.
Different to Aegean who ask you for 2FA every single time when you login to Miles+Bonus.
