Missing mileage request failed

I just finished flying a 4-segment round trip all in P class. I entered my A3 membership # into the booking. However, the miles did not automatically get posted in my A3 account. Therefore, I made manual entries on the A3 website to request credits.

These flights were operated by AC but bought on UA paper. A3 accepted 3 segments, but rejected one, citing the following error:

"43-Ticket not eligible for credit, lifted or exchanged."

All the segments were discounted biz, in the same booking class. I just don't understand why A3 selectively gave me credits.

What should I do now to claim this missing credit? This is for the longest flight. Thank you very much.

If you're certain that there is no good reason for denying miles for this sector - that it was flown with a different FFP number already attached, that it was not actually in a non-earning class or somehow operated by a non-Star Alliance carrier as two potential examples - the obvious next step would be to pick up the phone and speak to a Miles+Bonus agent.

Also try their Twitter('X') account.
Always helpful there.

While they *may* be able to explain the issue at the call center, you'll probably have more success sending a request via custhelp.
