They're not frequent enough, typically capped at one a time in terms of earning, and don't have as long to redeem as I'd like, but still I find the free night certificates (that some promos give out instead of bonus points or gift cards) to be the best benefit when you can get them and use them. (They can be used in place of points for any award level.)
