What is a Package Charge?
Anyone know what a "package charge" is?
I was charged 120 pounds on my AmEx for a "package charge" at the LHR Sofitel on a 3rd party LastMinute.Com rate. of 149 pounds. The only additional charge I was aware of was 27 pounds for room service.
I wrote the hotel but have not heard back.
