So Sofitel St Petersburg Russia questions
Hi everyone,
I am thinking of visiting St Petersburg later this year, and i am planning to stay at the So Sofitel.
Has anyone here stayed there before ?
If so, i would like to hear everyone's opinions on the hotel.
Also, i am an Accor Gold member.
How good is this hotel in recognising Gold members ?

I stayed there a couple of years ago when it was a W and liked the room I had very much (big floor-to-ceiling windows IIRC). It’s in my favorite part of St Petersburg (I usually stay at the Four Seasons just around the corner). I had dinner about 5 months ago at CoCoCo in the hotel, which I used to like very much and which still remains very popular, but I found the food disappointing and the service, which was always IME slow, even slipper than previously.
