Need help logging in
I have been unsuccessful in logging into my dormant account so I can unsubscribe from all emails. After failing to log in I click "forgot password" and then they email me a link to change my password. I go to the link and enter my new password twice. The main page is now open but when I click on the little figure in the top right it asks me to create a new acct or log in. I click log in and enter my email and new password. But the system doesn't recognize my new password. What the heck? It's a vicious circle. Tried the process again and same result. HELP.

It recently appeared in one case.. But they don't seem to have this as an SOP (which they don't have many of in the first place). |
