Its still not working for me.

I can log on, but the search is like waiting for Godot

Why so bad when any OTA I look at gives results in seconds .... but no status and no points .....

Hello,

Same here for days...

I can see my name next to the image logo but only for half a second then it disappears. It feels like I am logged in but logged out instantly.

I installed the Android App but I cannot log either ( I get an error message).

This is very annoying. I guess, I will get some stays at Marriott and Radisson ...

Hello,

I called the hotline earlier today and they told me they are aware of a problem and that the technical team has been informed and is working on it.

The lady on the phone could not tell me by when they expect a fix.

My two cents,

Very useful to know. Thank you for checking and posting. This sort of thing can hit different batches of people at anytime while others remain unscathed. Thousands of non-Fters probably run to OTAs or other chains when they are prevented from booking directly through any Loyalty website after more than a few tries. That's just a guess.

I have this problem since a couple of weeks now. Unbelievable incompetence. Imagine how much business they must be losing (although it may well be insignicant enough not to be really noticed in a large bureaucratic (my guess, don't know Accor) organisation.

They've certainly lost a couple of thousand dollars worth of my business. The Hilton and Hyatt websites are happy to take my bookings.

I'm having this problem now. Every day, from every browser. It works sometimes, but then there are long stretches where I can't log in.
