Problems getting points posted??
Hi all, booked through accor website, showed card at check in, points not credited 3 weeks after return resulting in a loss of my platinum status- dropped to gold. Been chasing customer service for last 3 weeks to get points and bonus points accredited and reinstate platinum. Response is basically an email per week whenever I chase saying "no response from that department". Is everyone getting this level of terrible service??

I've had some good results simply by flicking an email off to the hotel.
