"Blank" meaning no update or "Blank" as in no numbers at all.

No numbers at all = system error. Nothing much we can do (but it's working for me - so that shouldnt be the case).

No update after your stay - I suggest you send the hotel an email. It's quicker that way.

It doesn't appear to be generic Android issue.

The App is working successfully in terms of bookings and account information on my Samsung S5 running Android 5 and version 5.0.1 of the App..

I'm on Android and have the same error - you search a destination and get a list of options but when you click on one then it says there are no hotels at the destination. Also if you search for hotels nearby it is based on Marseille even though I'm in Hong Kong and have never been to Marseille! So I can only book Accor hotels when using a desktop. The mobile version of the website is all messed up with no submit button when you try to log in. It's an embarassment.

While it might be an android intricacy, quite often when I come across this type of situation, it's due to poor programming.

Although I've been unable to reproduce any of the errors myself. I've also tried the mobile version of the website, it's working fine for me as well. (I can see a log in button prominently displayed).

Having said that, if other hotel chains and online travel agents can provide reasonably reliable mobile platforms across the majority of devices, there's no reason why Accor cannot do so as well.

It's starting to sound like a broken record...
I have just changed my phone to a S7 Edge, so: new app installation, new phone, etc.

App still doesn't work

I'm unable to log into my account on the android app. Anyone else having the same issue?
It asks for username and password and after keying in, I just get a "ok" prompt.

Works fine for me, with iphone, ipad and android (nexus 6).

Interestingly, the android app shows all my current reservations, the ios-apps only the first three.

same for me, for like week already...

update: reinstall of app helped to get back to normal.

Warning: the update for the Android app of this night has broken the App. It does not start and goes straight into "Report a bug" pop up. Several people reported this on the Play Store.
I had to downgrade the App to get it working.

Hi. What version are you using ? I'm on 5.3.1 from May 25th and it seems to be working fine. I'm in Asia and don't have any newer version in the Google Play Store for now. (Nexus 7 2013 / Android 6.0.1 / Security Patch level May 1, 2016)

Accor released a new version yesterday evening (5.4.1) correcting the issue I mentioned, so this is all OK now.

The Accor App went through an update last night. New in the current version is that they have a tab called "Services ON DEMAND". This includes being able to book
  • REST - A room during the day
  • WORK - An office for a few hours
  • EXERCISE - A fitness center available any time
  • DINE - An immersive gourmet experience (this isn't new though)
As an example, the Pullman St Pancras offers a 9hr day rate, availability is anytime from 09:00 am to latest 21:00, for GBP135.00 in a classic room.
But generally search is quite limited. If you search Bangkok for example, with its dozens of Accorhotels properties, all you get is the Muse Bangkok. 9hr rate in a Muse Deluxe King is at GPB92.68 (and a Members standard booking for a standard night incl breakfast is GBP93.06.)


You can also book some office space (sole use), for the same price. Though it seems what they then offer you, is the same room as above.
There is an option to book office space "shared with others"; but non of the cities I selected gave me any rates.

Searching for fitness space brings you to a French page. (There is no option for french courses though) - but the options are only in France for now anyways. Searching through all cities, No results.

What phone are you using? Apart from the issues early this year, all updates have been fine on my S7 edge.
