Maybe depending on platform? I'm using Android.. maybe the iOS version doesn't have the issue (anymore?)

I think this is an Accor database problem rather than an issue with the app. The process of updating membership records seems to be taking longer than I'd have expected: when I try to access my LCAH account using a browser it also looks as though I have no status and no points (but each of my bookings shows twice).

New app now allows for many more currencies BUT
is it just me...: Clicking on a hotel to check the room rates gives me an error message like "this location had no hotel..." this is for every single property I am searching for.

(using the android app)

App works for me. However, searches now include the "partner hotels", whatever they are supposed to be, with the note that "win only points with this hotel".

So when you click on the" show rates... " all rooms appear? (an android?)

Has anyone had any issues with the app recently? For the last week or so, when I do a hotel search, the list of properties for the location shows but when I click on a specific hotel in the list, an error message saying 'the location does not exist' followed by the hotel's code, displays. So basically I can't book any hotels now using the app.

Yup. Escalated already. They are working on it.

After 3 months, the android app is still not working and I can't see room rates. 3 months!

Just checked it couple seconds ago, it still saying "There are no hotels at this destination "2799"". :confused::confused::confused:

It seems fine to me though. Made a couple of dummy bookings all the way to where personal details are entered.

always blank, email them, their reply, still update the system
but don't know how long i have to wait....:o
