Error when searching while logged in
When I am logged into my account and do a search, the following message appears where my account number would already be:
Your loyalty or membership cards You do not currently have an active loyalty or membership card. Anyone have any clues? |
Same Problem
Same issue with me. I've been seeing this during the last month. My current workaround is to create a booking without logging in and enter the Le Club number manually.
Hopefully this gets fixed soon as it is quite troublesome. |

It's happening to mine too so keen to know if this is a system wide error or just selected people

Yeah, noticed it too - Issues with Firefox, then worked with Chrome.
Then noticed issues both with Firefox and Chrome, sorted it out using Opera. PS - Not working any more; Accor IT is definitely a joke... |
Any word on this accor-concierge - would love a solution - it's so frustrating.
