Error when searching while logged in
 
When I am logged into my account and do a search, the following message appears where my account number would already be:


Your loyalty or membership cards
You do not currently have an active loyalty or membership card.
However, when I search without being logged in, I can enter my number and all seems good in the world.

Anyone have any clues?

Same Problem
 
Same issue with me. I've been seeing this during the last month. My current workaround is to create a booking without logging in and enter the Le Club number manually.

Hopefully this gets fixed soon as it is quite troublesome.

It's happening to mine too so keen to know if this is a system wide error or just selected people

Yeah, noticed it too - Issues with Firefox, then worked with Chrome.

Then noticed issues both with Firefox and Chrome, sorted it out using Opera.

PS - Not working any more; Accor IT is definitely a joke...
