bonus points posting?
 

So, I am waiting for triple bonus points to be posting to my account. The stays themselves posted with basic points plus status bonus 6 weeks ago.
According to the t&c "Bonus A|Club points are credited to the member’s account within 2-3 weeks following the end of the operation (that is, by January 21st 2011 at the latest)."

Now, is 'the end of the operation' my stay date? Or the end date of the promotion, in this case Dec 31st? And do these promotional bonuses usually post automatically or do you have to chase them up?

They usually post automatically but it's better to double check. Recently, I had to ask for retrocredit for 2 promotions bonus points (and it worked). Now, I systematically print the web page showing the promo, in case I need to claim for promo points retrocredit.
