Does anyone know of a web site that lists airports and the airlines that fly into them?
I will be traveling to alot of small cities (Fishkill, NY as an example) and would like to view what airline(s) service specific airports. Thanks!

I don't know of any web sites. However, if you can get your hands on an OAG guide, they list all of the airports and the airlines (including code-shares) that serve them. Hope this helps ...

You'd do much better with AMEX's skyguide since it lists flights from a place, oag lists them to a place.

You might want to call a major hotel in the area, they should know, also the chamber of commerce. I think Fishkill is
putnam county.

Although I have not tried this out, I did notice that Manchester, NH, is listed as Manchester, New England. Is there another revolution going on that the rest of the United States should be aware of?

I agree that the best thing for you to purchase in the American Express skyguide, which i think has the best listings of flight info and airports info etc. Also, according to Inside Flyer this month, you can get a 2000 point bonus (Mem Rewards) with a subscription. If anyone has any other news of a promotion, i would like to hear about it. Last time around, i got 10,000 miles for a 1 1/2 year subscription for just $99.00!

I live near Fishkill, NY and the closest airport is Stewart in Newburgh, NY. Airlines flying in and out are American (non-stop to Chicago), ASA/Delta Connection (Atlanta), Comair/Delta Connection (Cincinnati) Midway Air Lines (Raleigh-Durham w/conn. to FL), United Express (Boston, Washington-Dulles) and last but not least USAir Express (Buffalo, Burlington, Islip, Boston, Philadelphia, Syracuse). I'm glad I didn't throw out the local paper's listing of all forms of transportation in the area and where they go. Sorry I can't help with any other areas. There's also an airport in Westchester but I don't know anything about the airlines using it.

Stewart is about 15-20 minutes to Fishkill by car. All major rental companies have desks at the airport.

I think personal preferences make the distinction between the AOG Pocket Flight Guide and the AmEx SkyGuide the guide of chooice. As others have noted, OAG lists by TO city, while AmEx lists by FROM city. Personally, I prefer the latter, and I've discontinued my subscription to SkyGuide. You may feel otherwise. Both are good, but neither lists all flights. To get that, you have to subscribe to the OAG Desktop Guide (nuch more expensive), which lists all scheduled flights in North America. They also have an international edition, which costs even more.
None of these things is perfect, by the way. More than once, I get a brand new Guide and call my agent to book travel the next day, only to find that the schedule I wanted has changed.
chrism has a point: If the town you're looking for doesn't have it's own commercial airport, you're going to have to know where it is. Newburgh, according to the big OAG, has service from plus or minus 105 cities (the Pocket OAG lists 14).
