They call it double exposure I was told - Seems they have the time to give it a name at least

I guess I must have either been quite insistent, or had a good operators to offer the increase then I suppose - I am also a relatively new customer with the BA Amex, so maybe I got cut some extra slack?
On my first call I heavily emphasised my worry that this was something fraudulent in the pipeline. I am now quite surprised that in both instances they had to go away and do a bit of digging before identifying that it was 'double exposure' since anecdotally from the chat above, it seems to be a common AMEX issue.
