I responded to that e-mail I received at lunchtime and explained that it is clearly a mistake.
I am now in an almost conversation like dialogue (via email) with someone from the audit office of bluelink services.
What is bluelink? I've heard of it but can't think where.
I managed to find the ticket numbers for the EZE-ATL-EWR flight, and I also said exactly what seat I was in etc. for the other flights hoping this would at least make them take it seriously.
They have just replied saying they will look into it and they will be in contact.
