I would love to see an "Arrivals" tab listed along with all the others, Room, Local area etc. (like some other hotel chains do). A specific tab which is always there for every hotel, and contains both a map and directions on how to get to the hotel from various places. E.g. for a NYC hotel, maybe which the nearest subway station is.

Oh, and pick up sc flier's database (by mutual agreement of course); I use it all the time for figuring out which hotel I want to stay in when in unfamiliar areas.
