Sheesh... To paraphrase the right honorable Ms. Smith: "While there is no specific law to supress the freedom of the press (and speech), we will allow local police departments restrict that freedom nilly willy as they see fit."

We certainly are on a slippery slope here.

One curious thing is the relative silence of major media about the whole matter.
